How long will it take to receive my planter? We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

What if my planter arrives broken? Planters are fragile, so we double-box every order with custom padding. If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo to contact@Ravlien.com within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Do these planters have drainage? Many of our designs include drainage holes. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for specific drainage details for each planter.
